Therefore, it is expressly prohibited to reproduce, republish, copy, store, sell, transmit, distribute, publish, perform, “download”, translate, modify in any way, in part or in summary, without the express prior written consent of Innovative Health Solutions.

Exceptionally, it is permitted to individually store and copy parts of the content on a simple personal computer for strictly personal use, without the intention of commercial or other exploitation and always under the condition of mentioning the source of its origin, without this implying in any way the granting of intellectual rights property. The purpose of the Newsletter service (company form) is to provide to those users/visitors who wish, information regarding the services – news – seminars – conferences offered by Innovative Health Solutions and its partners. This process is carried out after a relevant form has been filled in with the personal details (email) of the interested parties.

All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference secretary > medfuture.gr

Cancellation before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a €100 towards processing fee.
Cancellations order placed within 90 days of the conference start date is non-refundable but transferred to upcoming event.
Registrations are transferable until January 31, 2024 and any transfer requests after February 1st, 2024 are not transferable.
Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference.

Note: Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities. The organizer will provide opportunity for the registered participants to transfer their registration fee and accommodation charges to any future editions or related conferences.
